Our Purpose

If you’re alive, there’s a purpose for your life. – Rick Warren

And Hype Initiatives is very much alive. When you walk into our office or speak to a team member, we know you’ll feel passion, our living passion for what we do.

Our purpose at Hype Initiatives is to create a unique atmosphere that empowers our people.

Our team values are based on communication.

We aim to give clients who contract our sales, promotions and marketing services the best bang for their buck.

How do we do that?

By promising 100% Return on Investment on any campaign we launch.

We put pressure on ourselves to deliver a result of 100%.

Here is how…

In our increasingly virtual world, people connecting with people is still at the core of good business. Yes, technology is booming but only to connect people. For example: We send a message, we call, we meet to catch up on that message. The virtual message is one-step removed from the human touch. At Hype Initiatives, we take a step to close the gap.

To give that all important human touch – we go straight to people.

Our direct marketing approach is the friendly face and warm hand shake to the internet banner or TV ad. We take it upon ourselves to represent clients better than they can represent themselves to the public.

On top of that we ask for credit only when we deliver.

Our level of customer service is at the forefront of our success. Put simply, we talk, inform and educate the general public on behalf of our clients’ brands, which leads to an increase in their revenue.

At Hype Initiatives, we understand results driven business. Stop by for more about the exciting and innovative ways we can help your business get the results you need.

Recently, Hype Initiatives aligned with charities to make poverty history.

The agency started face-to-face grassroots campaigns to raise awareness about the power of people against poverty.

‘We were nervously excited about becoming a player in the fundraising world. Most people believe it’s acceptable to run sales and marketing campaigns to help corporations increase their marketshare. But when it comes to helping charities, people believe charities are only efficient if they are broke,’ says Hype Director Nona.  Overhead, marketing and sales fees are commonly believed to be a waste but to any organisation that is aiming to do big things, it is a necessary cost. Overhead is a means to retain talent as volunteers are limited in their availability.

Sales and marketing spending, used in the right way, directly correlates with an organisations’ popularity and power of influence. The more effectively a charity uses its funds to maximise fundraising efforts, the more leverage they have to impact the roots of poverty. They can afford to fund infrastructures such as schools, hospitals, wells…the possibilities for changing the poverty cycle are endless.

Hype Initiatives is dedicated to maximising the return of non- profit spending in the domain of sales and marketing.
